I think that is correct. Includes some colors palette of Africa and not look bad. I believe that 2002 could be better but there is no agreement on 2006. I think it was really awful and generic. What is with these faces smiling anyway? But the ugliest, I would say, is Brazil, 2014. People would say, "Hey, why do we even have a logo, we can not write years and adhere to the tape set up a little as the host name of the flag.
