career as an editor, writer or journalist?
I really want to be a writer or editor of a magazine. I write stories. I also like the idea of being a journalist. All you have to do with what I'm interested in what I should major in college? What should I bring? How many years of college? What is the salary? How I can go to the race because I'm not sure what to do. im sixteen years years, but stakeholders in the school this month if I need help ASAP!
You can be a reporter, editor or writer with a bachelor's degree only. You can write fiction without a diploma at all. (You can write nonfiction without a title, too, but is more difficult to be hired.) Journalism is the key for journalists and editors of the magazine. Some universities journalism as an important, but others only a few kinds of journalism in the English Department or the Department of Communications, and then an important of them. Do you want English classes for editing, at least the writing and grammar. In writing fiction, you should take creative writing and literature maybe a few. It is difficult to be hired by a major magazine or newspaper editorial, much easier to find work with neighborhood papers (but also less well-paid).
