which page numbers do i cite in mla style from a pdf document?
i have an article in pdf format format from a subscription service and i was wondering in my paper when i have the parenthetical reference which page number should i be referencing from? the page number from the pdf format or from the page number in the journal the magazine is in. this is all in mla style. thanks.
You are using the periodical, so you want to cite from it, not from the pdf format. When you create your works cite page, use the periodical as the source, not the pdf format.
