I have no breakfast, I know I should, and a normal day, I would. But I was rushing to get to church this morning. Lunch: salad from Subway. (Grilled Chicken) I had .. cheese Dinner: Cheri (150 calories) Snack: 1 cookie (cookie-based healthy meal wheat) I found this recipe in a magazine Seventeen. popscicle without sugar. I took like 3. haha, 15 calories each .. ahhhhhhhhh How do I do? *** By road. i wil NOT continue eating the cookies on a regular basis. is not a part of my diet. Thanks!
