Hello! Im 5'3 and weighs 139 pounds. Im a size 6 on the American Eagle jeans. How I can lose 20 pounds and two pants sizes in June or, preferably within a month. Is it possible? I also want my tone legs, my arms and my chest! Practicallly, whooooleeeee my body! Anyway, please help! I can eat 1500 calories a day, I walk or jog a mile and a half every day and a half. I drink at least eight glasses of water. And my mother bought clean acai berry pills. We know that is not intended for persons under 18 years, I'm 14, but my sister has lost seven pounds of it! Really want to use, but I read in a magazine that you lose weight or muscle not fat. Im not sure? So back to the photo. 2 sizes and 20 pounds. I already lost 3-4 pounds. I need to lose 20 more. Please help. I need a good body for summer!
