Can I put a college/NFL team sticker I bought on my cooler and sell the cooler without copyright infringement?
I want to make sure I do not get sued for buying a collegiate or pro sports logo sticker and putting it on my item to resell.
Actually, if you’re thinking of doing this for profit (that is selling hundreds or thousands of coolers) then you might have a problem. You would need to contact the trademark or copyright holder. In some cases, you can become a licensee (and of course pay a small fee to them).
